Rates and confirmation agreement
Our current rates are:
$200.00 per night for Friday nights and Saturday nights.
$175.00 per night for Sunday through Thursday nights.
$100.00 (refundable) security and cleaning deposit is required prior to
confirmation.  This can be charged to your credit card or you may mail in a  
check if there is enough advance notice.
We offer discounts for longer stays.
There is a dog shelter in the fenced in back yard, if your dog wishes to go
on vacation with you.
You may download the reservation form and mail or fax it in.  Please note that
your reservation is NOT confirmed until we verify availability, receive
your deposit, and receive your signed reservation request.

Policies:
 No smoking in cabin or near doors.
No pets in cabin. (Up to 2 Dogs can stay in fenced
  in back yard.)
Use of the facility is for registered guests only.
Guests are responsible for damage to the premises
during their stay and will be charged accordingly.
72-hour cancellation notice required, or $100.00
will be charged to your credit card.
